Server logs

Technically necessary connection data arises when this website is accessed. We log no IP address from it — neither in full nor truncated. What is recorded is the time, the address requested, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and the browser identification; these entries are overwritten as they go and are not archived. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the undisturbed and secure operation of the service.

Storage on your device

We do not use cookies. Your choice of language and of light or dark appearance is stored locally in your browser only, so that the site looks the way you set it the next time you visit. This information never leaves your device and is not read by us. You can delete it at any time through your browser settings.

Hosting and transmission

The website is served from a server we operate ourselves. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS exclusively.

The server sits in a data centre operated by dogado GmbH. They process the data arising there solely on our instructions, on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

This website is delivered through the content delivery network of BunnyWay, informacijske storitve d.o.o. (bunny.net). Its nodes receive your request, terminate the encryption and fetch the page from our server; in doing so the provider processes your IP address and the details of your request. Under its contractual commitment these details are held in the nodes' memory for at most 20 to 30 seconds and are then deleted; no logs beyond that arise there. It processes solely on our instructions, on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. It in turn engages sub-processors and publishes the current list.

Locations outside the European Union are switched off for our account. Delivery therefore runs exclusively through nodes within the EU; no transfer to a third country takes place.

This site links to the websites of our products. As soon as you follow one of those links, the privacy policy of the site you reach applies; from here we have no influence over the processing that takes place there.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process what your message contains — address, name, content — solely in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or its initiation is involved, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. We delete the message once it has been dealt with and no retention obligation stands in the way.
